Who are we looking for?

  • Engine Mastery: Diagnose and repair diesel engines to keep them in top condition—whether it’s a routine service or a major overhaul.
  • Maintenance Pro: Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime and ensure our fleet is always road-ready.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle a variety of mechanical and electrical challenges with your expert troubleshooting skills.
  • Precision & Reliability: Perform thorough inspections to ensure all equipment meets our strict safety and reliability standards.
  • Engine Overhauls: When necessary, complete engine rebuilds and overhauls like a true professional.
  • Organised & Efficient: Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used, so we’re always one step ahead.
  • Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the workshop stays clean, organized, and safe
  • Trade Qualification: Diesel Mechanic qualification (or similar) with 2+ years of experience working on diesel engines and heavy machinery
  • Problem-Solving Expert: Sharp analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex issues quickly and accurately.
  • Flexibility & Drive: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to keep things running smoothly.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit who enjoys working with others and helping the team succeed.
  • License to Drive: A valid Australian driver’s license with HR or HC endorsement is a must.
